New York City FC is first and foremost a community club.
For that reason, the Club was delighted to surprise a group of soccer players from Burkina Faso in East Harlem with free pairs of cleats.
Head Equipment Manager Daniel Laroche and Club Captain Sean Johnson were on hand last month to meet the players as well as members of the African Advisory Council to discuss the beautiful game and the role that the African community plays in the Five Boroughs.
