There’s a host of big names on Transfer Talk this week as we tick over into July, as more transfer windows open and players become free agents. We kick off with Jack Grealish, who many assumed was on his way to Manchester City, but Aston Villa remain confident they can keep him in Birmingham with a new deal. Cristiano Ronaldo will tell Juventus where he sees his future in the next week - if he stays in Italy, he’ll be given a one year extension to his current deal. Lionel Messi is officially a free agent as his Barcelona contract expires - although the reality is he’ll probably stay at the Camp Nou anyway. Sergio Ramos is also now clubless, and whilst Chelsea and Manchester City are interested, PSG still seems the most likely destination for the Spaniard. Arsenal have made a move for Sassuolo’s Manuel Locatelli, putting them ahead of Juventus in the race for the Italian wonder. Of course, we talks Spurs too - they’ve finally hired Nuno Espirito Santo as their new manager, which should be fun. Enjoy!
