Real Madrid advance to the Spanish SuperCup final against either Real Betis or Barcelona after defeating Valencia. Karim Benzema opened the scoring from the penalty spot for Carlo Ancelotti's side, before Samuel Lino made it 1-1 straight from the second-half kickoff. Real Madrid then prevailed in the penalty shootout to advance to the final.
