Goals from Ben Doak and Hayden Hackney maintained Middlesbrough's unbeaten Championship home record and sent Stoke City to a 2-0 defeat at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
After the Potters had an excellent early chance to open the scoring on the counter, the hosts took the initiative through Doak's close-range finish before Hackney added a decisive second 17 minutes from time.
