Despite going down to 10 men prior to halftime, Austin FC put in a gritty performance to record a 1-0 away win over Charlotte FC on Thursday night at Bank of America Stadium, courtesy of a 62nd-minute goal from Daniel Pereira. The result moves Austin FC into second place in the MLS Western Conference.
