Augsburg fails to get itself away from danger with a 2-1 loss vs. Stuttgart, which ends a four-match losing streak in the Bundesliga. The loss leaves Augsburg three points above the bottom three and four points above the bottom two with two matches to play, and every team below them either has one or two matches in hand. Stuttgart and American manager Pellegrino Matarazzo vault into the top half of the Bundesliga table with the win, thanks to a goal and a clever assist from Sasa Kalajdzic.
