West Ham United chairman David Sullivan is unimpressed by the clubs summer transfer business, which was headed by Technical Director Tim Steidten, and according to reports, The Hammers boss is set to take charge of the January transfer window. Head Coach Julen Lopetegui and Tim Steidten will have an input but it will be David Sullivan who has the final say on transfers
