Manny Duku scored a late equaliser for the Minstermen which saw them record a 1-1 Vanarama National League draw against Wrexham in front of the BT Sport cameras at the LNER Community Stadium.

The North Wales side took the lead two minutes from the end through Tom O’Connor’s acrobatic effort, but Duku took only twenty-four seconds after coming off the bench to find York’s equaliser in front of over 7,000 supporters.

Newly appointed manager David Webb and his assistant Michael Morton watched on from the stands for the first time after being appointed on Friday, as interim manager Tim Ryan remained in the dugout for one final time.

Ryan named three changes from the side that suffered a 1-0 defeat at Dorking Wanderers last weekend, as Adam Crookes, Mitch Hancox and Michael Duckworth all returned to the starting eleven.
