Ahead of this weekend's fixture against Man City, rewatch highlights from our 3-2 turnaround win from December 2019.
The game started in dramatic fashion as Ederson was sent off early for fouling Diogo Jota. Then VAR awarded City a penalty and then ordered a retake after Rui Patricio saved Raheem Sterling's first penalty. He also saved the second, but Sterling was able to score from the rebound.
Raheem Sterling added a second after the interval before Wolves' unlikely turnaround against the reigning champions. Firstly Adama Traore charged through the middle and fired past Claudio Bravo. Then the winger outmuscled Benjamin Mendy, before squaring to Raul Jimenez to tap home inside the box.
In the closing moments, a clever one-two between Matt Doherty and Jimenez saw the Mexican striker roll the ball into Doherty's path. He cut inside onto his left foot and found the bottom corner to give us a historic win.
