At the age of 30, Will Still has gone 19 league games unbeaten since taking over as head coach of Stade de Reims, despite not yet having a UEFA Pro Licence that is mandated by the league.
That has landed Reims some hefty fines - not that they are particularly bothered - as Still continues his remarkable rise in coaching, having never played professional football.
