Frank Lampard is out at Chelsea and former PSG manager Thomas Tuchel is set to be the next man for the job at Stamford Bridge. ESPN FC's Steve Nicol, Don Hutchison and Julien Laurens react to the news and share their thoughts on where Lampard went wrong. Laurens points out that Lampard's lack of experience was on full display and he's not surprised Chelsea chose to move on. Nicol believes Chelsea should have given Frank Lampard more time, but agrees that the job was probably too big, too soon for a young manager. Hutchison believes Chelsea's senior leadership need to take a look at themselves, citing Lampard's youth movement as the source of their unhappiness.
