Football NSW's Technical Director Warren Grieve was recently interviewed on the topic of the 'Transition of Youth Players into Senior Football' with Jorge Gero.
“This interview only scratches the surface and is a guide," Grieve stated.
"What can we do in each age and stage to support our players will ultimately give us the best opportunity to develop the next generation. We all have a part to play.
"Not one person is responsible for player making it to the top level.
"There are many facets that all need to come together to support a players journey.
"It will always eventually be down to the player and his support network that will assist in their progress.”
