Come and give Walking Football a try!
The nationwide initiative uses the small sided and sustainable version of football, specifically modified for older Australians, to offer a program designed to suit participants of all abilities and fitness levels.
Walking Football focuses on low impact, team based exercise and provides the physical and mental health benefits associated with team sports, alongside the promotion of the benefits of ongoing physical activity.
