00:15 - How much did you learn from Moyes: David was a key figure in my career when I was a player. He’s someone who I try and take a lot from as a manager.
01:00 - Arteta’s trust in young players: They can have the talent and the trust of the manager who are willing to take the risk. They also need a safe and able environment.

05:10 - Missing the influential Thomas Partey: The win rate with Thomas is much higher but it’s not great, because his availability in recent years hasn’t been where we’ve wanted it to be. We have to find a way to improve that.
05:45 - What makes Partey so important: The quality and experience he brings, along with what he brings to the team, it allows us to accommodate players in other positions.
06:10 - Putting Partey’s body on the line: He’s always putting his body on the line, but that leads to him getting injured again. He’s willing to help the team this season but we’re not sure if he can again.
06:50 - Dealing with different approaches from opponents: They are different games and different approaches, we expect West Ham’s approach to be different to Chelsea and Manchester United’s.
