This week we are highlighting the significant role that Rochdale AFC Community Trust have in supporting the local area as part of the EFL Week Of Action.
Emma Flynn, the Social Inclusion Officer at the Rochdale AFC Community Trust, spoke to us about the Ability Counts teams, the awards night and more.
First team player, Aidy White came to the session to give out the medals and certificates. He also got involved with the activities after the ceremony.
Aidy also spoke to us about becoming an ambassador for the Rochdale AFC Community Trust's Disability Programme, as well as touching on the awards night and activity session that he got involved with.
