This week we are highlighting the significant role that Rochdale AFC Community Trust have in supporting the local area as part of the EFL Week Of Action.
Chloe Meade, the Community Trust's Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, spoke to us about the programme, the first day of Fit Dale and much more.
We filmed the first day of the women's cohort, capturing moments from the session, included a special visit from first team player Tahvon Campbell.
