Following the news that West Brom star Matheus Pereira, who lit up the Premier League last season, has signed for Saudi Professional League champions Al Hilal, joining the likes of Paulinho, Talisca, and Ever Banega in Saudi Arabia, that got me thinking about who bankrolls Saudi football?
