The Premier League is the biggest and richest league in the world, currently setting all time attendance records, and on course to overtake the Bundesliga this season as the league with the highest average attendance in world football.
There's just one problem... Those record crowds don't seem to make any noise.
So in this video, HITC Sevens investigates why atmospheres in Premier League stadiums are so quiet, why they have got worse in recent years, and what they are getting wrong compared to other leagues.
