Chelsea have a very specific policy when it comes to recruitment. The Blues essentially sign a whole load of players just to immediately send them on loan. This means they have dozens of players under contract every season and some of them don't even play a single minute. Worse still, the club sometimes goes as far as to disrespect them by sending them on loan 7 times in 7 different seasons.
