With speculation rife that Mauricio Pochettino is unhappy in Paris working under Sporting Director Leonardo, we ask whether the Brazilian former World Cup winner is in fact the problem, having already fallen out with current Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel last December. And what of their recruitment, can any manager make a team including Neymar, Mbappe and Messi function as a unit not to mention players of the calibre of Donnarumma, Wijnaldum and Sergio Ramos who all arrived last summer and will no doubt grow tired of limited gametime.
Would Zidane, Poch’s rumoured replacement really be able to secure their maiden Champions League. With experience managing the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema, not to mention a stellar playing career himself, would he command more respect than Pochettino?
Finally we do our big match predictions including shouts for games such as Real Madrid vs Sevilla, Juventus vs Atalanta and Napoli vs Lazio, and discuss which players who aren’t that good have we always appreciated!
