Going into Rugby World Cup 2023, only three men had ever scored eight-tries in a single Rugby World Cup: All Blacks Jonah Lomu (Rugby World Cup 1999) and Julian Savea (Rugby World Cup 2015) and Springbok Bryan Habana (Rugby World Cup 2007). Now they are joined by a fourth man, Will Jordan who has the opportunity to make history and score a record ninth try in a single Rugby World Cup during the Rugby World Cup 2023 final between New Zealand and South Africa at the Stade de France in Paris.
