Tony Bloom reflects on the season for Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and talks about the brilliant Manchester United victory, before handing out his annual award to a member of staff. This year he selected the club's production manager Tim Dudding, who has worked for the club for 20 years. During the last 20 years Tim has created the hugely popular Withdean Years documentary, the promotion film, We're On Our Way, been responsible for all the club's video output online and runs the club's match day production at the Amex Stadium.
