Michael Morton named three changes to the side that suffered defeat against the same opponents in the Isuzu FA Trophy, with Ryan Fallowfield, Olly Dyson and Maziar Kouhyar all brought into the starting eleven.
The away side went into half-time ahead thanks to Joe Hugill's early goal. Substitute Shaq Forde equalised in the 73rd minute, but James Jones put Alty back ahead 10 minutes later.
