The main action as The Minstermen returned to winning ways in the Vanarama National League this afternoon after securing an important 2-1 victory against Dorking Wanderers at the LNER Community Stadium.
Manny Duku's opener after seven minutes handed City the lead at the break, before Ryan Fallowfield's half-volley doubled the lead just short of the hour mark.
Dorking pulled a late consolation goal back through Dan Gallagher's header with four minutes to play, but the Minstermen held on for all three points in North Yorkshire.
