Wigan Atheltic Community Trust recently held a Show Racism the Red Card event at The Brick Community Stadium.
Students from the Trust's Premier League Inspires and Premier League Primary Stars programmes took part in anti-discrimination workshops from Show Racism the Red Card staff, as well as a stadium tour and a Q&A with Steven Sessegnon, Ella Schickhoff, Toby Sibbick and Poppy Twist from Wigan Athletic's men's and women's teams.
The players spoke about their careers as well as examples of when they had faced discrimination during their lives.
