Emma Hayes previews the upcoming England vs USA fixture at Wembley from her local pub in Camden.
She talks about her new job with USWNT, keeping her feet on the ground and facing her former Chelsea players.

12:30 - Every state I go to, I count how many times you can fit the UK in it. USA is huge but we need to unify the talent pool. USA provides opportunity for girls and women that lead the way
15:00 - we need to develop more coaches and my successor, who is ideally American
16:15 - I am a competitor and I want to win football matches, with limited games you have to stick with same group but I also want to give opportunities.
18:30 - I haven't discussed Donald Trump politics with my team. We are playing Cluedo tomorrow!
20:00 - it's brilliant! amazing being here with all of these people at this pub in Camden. My community is what I am and what I care about. Happy to be home
22:00 - so many benefits of this new job, don't sacrifice. I felt quite unwell at the end of my time with Chelsea - the stress, toll it took on me. I feel like I've got my mojo back, my smile back. I'm loving football more than ever.
25:00 - have to factor in for different experience levels, I've tried to create pressurised situations to teach that.
27:30 - how to provide more opportunities for female coaches - allow them to be a mum and be a coach.
29:30 - I know how many sacrifices I've made to get to where I am now. I always put football first and sometimes it was lonely. I had a dream for women's football that I was able to live.
