Mikkel Damsgaard scores a stunner in the first half for Denmark to give his country the 1-0 lead. Moments later, Yussuf Poulsen finds the net, cashing in on a defensive mistake from Russia to give Denmark the 2-0 lead at the break. Artem Dzyuba pulls one back for Russia in the second half from the spot, but two more goals from Andreas Christensen and Joakim Maehle for Denmark seals the game's final score at 4-1. With the win and a Belgium win over Finland, Denmark advances to the round of 16 at Euro 2020.
