ESPN FC’s Gab Marcotti and Julien Laurens (The Gab and Juls show) are joined by Don Hutchison ask if Liverpool’s 1-0 loss vs. Brighton is due to mental fatigue. Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip and now more and more for Jurgen Klopp’s players are being taken out of action due to various injuries. Juls wonders if the last three years of no injuries have all caught up at once with the Anfield club. Don Hutchison thinks Brighton deserved that win and adds that Liverpool lacked confidence with so many of their top players out of action. The guys unpack Trent Alexander-Arnold’s performance in the Premier League, and think that despite a couple of good games, he’s had an appalling season.
