The last time Man United was top of the league was during the 2012-13 season, so has Ole Gunnar Solskjaer truly turned things around now after their 1-0 win vs. Burnley courtesy of Paul Pogba’s goal? ESPN FC’s Craig Burley halts the title favorites talk saying “trophies aren’t given after 17 weeks.” Burley is convinced Man City is the strongest club at the moment, with Liverpool close behind. Steve Nicol didn’t expect Solskjaer to take Man United to the top of the league, while Shaka Hislop says Pep Guardiola’s Man City is the clear title favorite.
