As the January transfer window ramps up, we take you around the continent for all the biggest news and gossip coming out of Europe’s top leagues.
Our headline today once again concerns the future of Manchester United’s Paul Pogba. Last week Juventus were the link, but this time around Mauricio Pochettino has identified him as the perfect PSG signing to take them into a new era - although, with a somewhat reduced price tag of £75M, it could also entice Real Madrid to once again make a move for the Frenchman. Sergio Aguero is another name linked with a move to PSG and joining up with his compatriot Poch, as his Manchester City contract comes to an end at the conclusion of this season, and Pep Guardiola has given no indication that his striker will be signing new terms.
Elsewhere, there’s Arsenal gossip, as Kieran Tierney is linked with Napoli, who missed out on his signature back in 2019, whilst target Julian Brandt will now no longer be moving away from Borussia Dortmund this campaign.
Dayot Upamecano is linked with yet another big club in Chelsea, Moussa Dembele is on the verge of switching Lyon for Atletico Madrid, and Real Madrid outcast Luka Jovic looks set to force a move away from Zinedine Zidane’s setup, although it currently looks like just Wolves are interested in his services.
