West Ham's failure against Bournemouth was due to Moyes trying to fit in new signing Kalvin Phillips without dropping any of Edson Alvarez, Tomas Soucek or James Ward-Prowse. Playing JWP on the left and Soucek in the 10 position completely destroys everything the Hammers are good at and nullifies any attacking threat we carry.
