Fleetwood Town can confirm the signing of young forward Tommy Lonergan from League of Ireland Premier Division side St Patrick's Athletic on a two-and-a-half-year deal, with the club holding an option for a further year.
The 20-year-old is a natural finisher in front of goal as he managed to find the back of the net 12 times in his first professional season for UCD, with one of those being the winning goal in the Promotion/Relegation Play-off Final against our sister club Waterford FC back in 2022.
