Matt Taylor has once again bolstered his defensive ranks with Championship experience in abundance.
The Millers' new number 42 arrives at the AESSEAL New York Stadium with a wealth of experience, and in the prime of his career at 28. Blackett signs on a short-term deal to sure things up at the back as the Millers look to cement their Sky Bet Championship status for next season.
