Director of Football Development Paul Jenkins provides an update on the Burnley FC Academy. Former Manchester United defender Chris Casper follows in his father Frank's footsteps to join the Clarets as Academy Manager. Chris Casper is also the father of academy under-21s Goalkeeper Charlie Casper, who has been at the club for eight years. Following a career-ending injury at the age of 24, Casper went onto become the youngest manager in the English Football League, as manager of Bury, before working with the Premier League for a number of years. Casper joins from Salford City where he was Sporting Director.
