The pitch build-up continues, with the heating pipes laid on the gravel layer and connected to the underground system.
The lower rootzone is now being spread across the entire playing surface, before the upper rootzone and seeding can take place.
The 30,000m sq Plaza is also nearing completion, with paving now extending to the east stand from the expansive open space leading from the entrance gates that will greet Evertonians from next year.
Within that space, the blue glass Kellen blocks – a pattern of contrasting paved stone that will mirror the reflection of water glistening on the surface within the shape of the former dock walls – are now close to completion.
