0:05: I am top of my game, but I've been doing this for 24 years, I'll put everything into this season and then I will stop. I didn't think about this on purpose, it just happened. This club needs a manager at the top of their game. If I cannot be there anymore I have to tell everyone.
3:25: There was relief when I made the decision, today it is mixed. The reaction from the players was TOP. I'll answer 500,000 questions today but then that's it until the end of the season. The club needs time to plan the future while we are sorting the present.
5:30- The players didn't have a lot of questions. Me and the players have a really strong bond. You could see from the boys in training today that they are in a really good mood. Last year's situation I think a lot of managers would have got the sack. When it's not right anymore I have to tell, nobody else.
8:50- Will you have a role in who comes in to replace you? No I won't. It looks like I do all the work but I don't! Last thing they need is advice from the old man! I wish the club all the very, very best in the future
