Manchester United are serious about signing Raphael Varane and Real Madrid are actively preparing for his exit this summer if the correct bid comes in, The Athletic are reporting this morning. A fee in the region of £40-45m is believed to be enough for Varane as he has shown no signs whatsoever of wanting to sign a new contract with Madrid.
