TT - sing the national anthem? a personal decision but have not decided - I will always show my respect to country and the anthem
TT - prepared for pressure and intensity? it is the last thing i thought about - i am up for the task for 18 months on football side - personal life attention is not part of my thinking
TT - how win trophies? players are there and consistently close and now we trust this is the moment to install patterns and behaviour to help push them over the line - need to be lucky with decisions and injuries etc but feel confident. I demand that from myself and extra special things can happen
TT German - can understand opinion people like an English coach for English team but i think we deserve a chance and credit
TT I now have a British edge on my German passport
TT Southgate human and intelligent? we are all human. Southgate impressed me and now on us to leave our own footprint
TT - 18 months and then review- i have a good experience with 18 months but never know - step into the unknown for me

TT winning experience at Chelsea translatable? i feel it is but i need to find out
TT consult Kane ? did not speak to anyone so i can get my own feeling. Too early to talk about captaincy but now how high i feel for him. I will not interfere with Lee Carsley and make announcements in March
TT why England and not Man U? because the way the FA presented it and not a comment on any other clubs
