West Ham's draw with Crystal Palace at the London Stadium threw up several problems as manger David Moyes refused to make any substitutions until the 87th minute. Both Lucas Paqueta and Jarrod Bowen were played out of position in an effort to accommodate all of Moyes favourite players.
