Man City and PSG are two clubs with TONS OF MONEY. But the same money that has paid for Neymar, Mahrez, Guardiola, Mbappé and so many other stars is coming from regimes with troubling behavior. Why are big clubs like PSG and Man City being bought by dictatorships and how does this also impact clubs like Bayern and EVEN players like Ronaldo and Messi?
