ESPN FC's Gab Marcotti, Jurgen Klinsmann and Alessandro Del Piero share their thoughts on why Italian clubs have been struggling against European competition. Klinsmann believes Italian culture has played a large role in why clubs haven't adopted the new faster-paced style of play that dominates most of European football. Del Piero points out how important winning is for Italian clubs, saying managers don't have much time to get their clubs playing well. Marcotti says teams like Atalanta and Juventus are making changes to play faster-paced football, and believes it's only a matter of time until Italian clubs will catch up.
