FC Salzburg beat Barcelona 2-1 thanks to goals from Luka Sučić and Brenden Aaronson. Martin Braithwaite pulled Barcelona back level in the 82nd minute before Aaronson struck in the 90th minute to secure the win in front of near-capacity crowd. Salzburg could have scored more if Noah Okafor put away either of his glorious chances in the 1st half. Barcelona's best chance came through Memphis Depay in the first half, but his shot went wide of the far post.
