Sir Jim Ratcliffe will put in a bid to buy Manchester United but it is widely expected the Glazers will get the bidding auction they went and we can't ignore the state of Dubai and their potential bid, with murmurs from the Middle East of their interest.
Given Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Abu Dhabi's involvement in European football, it isn't at all outside the realms of possibility that Dubai will follow.
