Everton Stadium has been described as a “game changer” in the rebirth of north Liverpool.
Chris Capes, Development Director for Peel Waters, who are responsible for regenerating Liverpool Waters, heralded the Club's stunning new home on the city's famous waterfront, which has long been earmarked for major development.
And Capes insisted that Everton Stadium was the beating heart of the ambitious £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme, which will transform the derelict dock spaces and breathe new life into a historic part of the city landscape.
