Ahead of the Chelsea game, the 90-minute pre-match fan event will be hosted by Mark Sullivan, alongside two-time Superbowl winner Osi Umenyiora and LA-based actor Dominic Monaghan.
The livestream will bring together supporters worldwide to hear from special guests from across the US, including Game of Thrones actors Kit Harington and Conleth Hill.
