Arminia Bielefeld comes away from Augsburg with what could be a vital point in the fight for survival in the Bundesliga after a 0-0 draw. The away side started the strongest of the two, with Andreas Voglsammer going close after some wonderful link up play. Augsburg came more into the game as it went on, with Marco Richter going close with a deflected effort which just swerved over the crossbar. Augsburg went closest to a winner in the second half with goalkeeper Stefan Ortega producing an outstanding save from Ruben Vargas.
