Former Manchester United defender Chris Casper follows in his father Frank's footsteps to join the Clarets as Academy Manager. Chris Casper is also the father of academy under-21s Goalkeeper Charlie Casper, who has been at the club for eight years. Following a career-ending injury at the age of 24, Casper went onto become the youngest manager in the English Football League, as manager of Bury, before working with the Premier League for a number of years. Casper joins from Salford City where he was Sporting Director.
